# Dr. Mohamed El Fadil · BrainSAIT Provider Registry (BPR)

> Personal site of Dr. Mohamed El Fadil (physician, founder of BrainSAIT, Riyadh) and the public face of the BrainSAIT Provider Registry: signed provider identity, on-device credential verification, a transparency log, research footprints and FHIR R4. Bilingual: every page exists in English and in Arabic under /ar/ (e.g. https://fadil369.github.io/ar/bpr/verify/), linked with hreflang. Every page is readable without JavaScript.

Facts for agents:
- Trust states are separate and must not be merged into one "verified" claim: identity (ORCID ownership), signature (BrainSAIT-signed credential), membership (commercial), licence, qualifications, privileges.
- Licence and qualifications show "not assessed" while the SCFHS (Saudi Commission for Health Specialties) credential integration is ongoing. NPHIES integration is ongoing.
- On the provider-workspace page each capability is labelled Live today, Ongoing integration or Coming next; only "Live today" items run now.
- OpenEMR workspaces are private member deployments. There is no public OpenEMR demo, public demo login, synthetic-patient reset or public patient dataset.
- Data on these pages comes live from https://registry.brainsait.de; a build snapshot (dated) is the fallback.
